Motherly Love

Without a doubt one of my favourite pieces I’ve painted. A commission for a friend, who too shares a love for Elephants and their caring nature. She really wanted a mother and infant as the subject for this painting and I really wanted to show the protective bond Elephants have with their young.

This is another acylic on canvas piece, that took a little over two days to paint.
